The beauties of Albania, from the peaks of the rugged Alps, the enchanting shores of the Albanian Riviera and the Adriatic, UNESCO heritage sites, cultural and natural heritage monuments, national parks, the queen of wild rivers of Europe, the blue and crystal water, beautiful tourist villages from north to south, east and west of the country, Albanian cuisine and traditional products attracted the attention of dozens of prestigious media during this year, which marked a tourism boom for Albania.
The tourist flow until the month of September, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, marked a full 8.3 million foreign visitors, who visited Albania, making our country a destination on the European and world tourist map.
The American, British, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Turkish media giants and other well-known European media produced about 50 articles and reports about touristic Albania, promoting it as one of the still unknowngemsof Europe, and one of the magic treasures of the region, Balkans and Southeast Europe.
