Parts of Albanian folklore, humor and popular games, rites and allegories come through the “Oda Dibrane” Folklore Festival, which is in its 29th edition.
On Friday, October 13 in Dibër and Saturday, October 14 in Peshkopi, this festival will be a festive arena, where Albanian folk traditions will be revealed by artists from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and the Valley of Preshevo.
